 very cool program. Unless I am missing something, I don\'t believe you can print your calculations though?.
This calculator is what I was after and provided me the answers I was seeking.
A very handy tool and simple to use.
 Very nice program, but it does not seem to have any "Save" or "Print" capabilities. Some free online programs at least allow printing.

 ARM mortgage calculator - extremely good This was great. As someone who has had a mortgage for many years, I've been looking for a simple calculator to help to model what making changes in my mortgage payments would make. This is just the ticket! One addition I would make though is to allow a "what if" scenario development. I'd like to see what the effect of making overpayments are on teh TOTAL cost of the mortgage. So for example, if my repayments are "X", what is the saving to me over the lifetime of the mortgage if I make a one off payment of "Y", and / ...

Looks good Thanks for the free loan Calculator I am sure it will come in handy
It`s a fine product I found the loan calculator to be better than most that I've tried. The calculator is flexible and one of the few which can calculate an annual payment with a ballon. The only improvment I can suggest is the ability to have a start and ending payment date.
Loan Calculator This is a great tool to use on a site for your viewers to calculate loans at any rate you set. Great free tool.
 Can`t download I get a 404 error unable to find server. I would love to download and review this software if it could be downloaded. Can it be downloaded from an alternative site?
Review of loan calculator I use the program to create amortization schedules for loans that vary in payment periods and apr. The only thing I wish it would do is to extend the loan percentage out to three digits instead of rounding it off at two digits. i.e. 4.875% becomes 4.88%. I particularly liked the variable payment options and instataneous results. As I have more practice with it I expect I will enjoy it all the more.
I like it It works very well in the applications I have used it for thus far. Looking forward to using it more often.
